Description

You will own production support and the automation of testing processes for an enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement new functionality while documenting failure modes.
• Create test plans in collaboration with development teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Execute regression testing and develop automated tools or scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Gather and document business requirements to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve overall testing standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, a related diploma, or equivalent field experience.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with backend test automation tools like ReadyAPI, SoapUI, or Rest Assured.
• Strong understanding of automation testing principles.
• Ability to work within Agile frameworks.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end automation tools including Selenium, UFT, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working specifically on Agile teams.
