You will lead automation strategy and quality assurance initiatives for application systems analysis and programming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality through automation, targeting a fully automated platform with minimal manual intervention.
• Define quality automation strategy, overseeing testing priorities and release roadmapping.
• Lead application systems analysis, ensuring design adheres to architecture blueprints.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, establishing standards for coding and debugging.
• Partner with Product Owners to formulate requirements and resolve high-impact problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Applications Development, systems analysis, or technical lead roles.
• Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software application programming.
• Experience in project management and system analysis.
• Ability to translate vision into actionable plans in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Generative AI concepts in product development or QA.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Copilot.
