Description

You will own the development, testing, and release of high-quality Native Android applications, ensuring rigorous quality standards across the codebase.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust mobile applications using Native Android, Kotlin, and Java.
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile apps.
• Debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Articulate technical challenges and drive solutions in a collaborative team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Native Android development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Kotlin.
• Expert knowledge of Android/Kotlin/Java testing, debugging, and OOD/OOP principles.
• Proven track record of releasing apps to the Google Play Store.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flows, and Channels.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor other engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android Jetpack libraries.
• Familiarity with the latest open-source libraries and Google Android Frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
