Description

You design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Automate API testing using RestAssured, Postman, or Karate.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests while analyzing results and identifying defects.
• Mentor junior QE members and promote best practices in test automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Experience in API automation for REST services.
• Good understanding of BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
