Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce-based solutions using Playwright.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation test scripts using Playwright in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Automate Salesforce UI, workflows, and business processes for end-to-end validation.
• Execute automated regression suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, maintain, and reuse automation components and frameworks.
• Analyze defects, log them in JIRA or Azure DevOps, and support resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in QA or Automation.
• 2–3 years of hands-on Playwright automation experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps).
• Knowledge of AccelIQ or similar automation frameworks.
• Understanding of UI automation, selectors, and cross-browser testing.
• Experience with test management tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM.
• Knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to API automation tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, Apex, Lightning components, or BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
