Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation frameworks and workflow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into target-state automation architectures and technical solution designs.
• Define integration approaches ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise applications and systems.
• Establish governance models, standards, and best practices for automation implementations.
• Guide project teams through solution implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise automation design.
• Expertise in designing scalable workflow automation and process optimization solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate and other automation platforms.
• Experience defining target-state architectures, integration strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise system integration and workflow orchestration concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical automation solutions.
• Experience with risk assessment, issue resolution, and architecture review processes.

Preferred Skills

• Technical leadership and mentoring experience for development and implementation teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
