What's the Job?

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and solutions, including AI capabilities where applicable
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related issues to ensure high availability and business continuity
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities within infrastructure, testing, and operational workflows
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five to eight years of experience in automation engineering, test automation, DevOps, or related areas
• Must have experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, RE Framework) and automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere)
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex automation solutions at scale
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
