Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and solutions, including AI capabilities where applicable.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related issues to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities within infrastructure, testing, and operational workflows.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in automation engineering, test automation, DevOps, or related areas.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or RE Framework.
• Experience with automation technologies such as UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex automation solutions at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into automation solutions.
• Background in infrastructure or testing workflows.
