Own the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives within wealth management operations, ensuring seamless integration of RPA and data tools.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, drive process mapping, and oversee production support and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Alteryx.
• Analyze existing workflows and map processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Provide production support and implement continuous improvement strategies for automated systems.
• Utilize Python, VBA, and SQL to support data fluency and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in process automation and RPA.
• Proficiency with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Alteryx.
• Strong technical background in Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Experience in wealth management operations and financial services domain.
• Proven track record in business analysis and process mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and UAT coordination skills.

• Automation tool certifications.
