Description

Automate desktop deployments and manage application and data migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation scripts for desktop deployments using AutoPilot, USMT, and PowerShell.
• Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on automation best practices.
• Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies to recommend system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or automation.
• Proficiency with AutoPilot, USMT, PowerShell, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Intune.
• Experience with desktop automation and migration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
