Description

You will design and lead test automation strategies within Agile sprint cycles, ensuring robust coverage for web and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework with BDD/TDD methodologies.
• Develop and maintain web automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and drive automation best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams to embed quality engineering into sprint workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium for web automation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and validation.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing BDD/TDD approaches in automation.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and code review within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for test automation, such as GitHub Copilot or AWSQ.
• Experience with Browser Library for Robot Framework.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare or Insurance.
