You design, build, and deploy automation solutions for Wealth Management Operations, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation use cases, document requirements, and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility and value.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using RPA tools and scripting technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption, provide training, and manage change during rollout.
• Monitor production automations, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Report project status, risks, and realized benefits to leadership and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering process automation solutions in financial services.
• Hands-on expertise with Alteryx, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Deep understanding of Wealth Management Operations, including trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability in business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reference data management and exception handling workflows.
• Background in implementing reusable components and best practices across automation projects.
