Description

Lead automation testing efforts for financial systems, ensuring quality through code.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Write and execute test scripts in Java to validate software functionality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases.
• Manage test cases and defects using Micro Focus Octane and Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve code quality.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of total experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Selenium and Playwright.
• 5+ years of strong proficiency in Java programming.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 1-2 years of experience with CI/CD tools.
• Proven expertise in manual testing with a strong foundation beyond automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools like Jira or Micro Focus Octane.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Banking or Finance.
