Automation Specialist

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks for cloud-native applications. You own the release pipeline quality, integrating AI-driven testing strategies to optimize coverage and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain hybrid automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Integrate AI/LLM model testing, prompt engineering validation, and GenAI observability into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop intelligent test selection and code generation workflows using AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Manage CI/CD infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Drive framework engineering initiatives and mentor team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in a lead or framework engineering role.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for code generation and test optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native automation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
