Description

You will support and maintain automation solutions using RPA and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA bots and Power Automate flows for health and performance using established tools.
• Log all incoming incidents into the incident management system with detailed context and screenshots.
• Perform initial diagnostics and basic troubleshooting following runbooks and knowledge base procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support, providing comprehensive handover information.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve data and validate information under supervision.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on exposure to RPA technologies or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency with RPA, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SQL, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and IT Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Incident Management protocols and operational procedures.
• Ability to provide timely status updates to end-users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps development.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and database structures.
