Description

You will support and maintain automation solutions using RPA and the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA bots and Power Automate flows for health and performance.
• Log incidents into the service management system with detailed context and screenshots.
• Perform initial diagnostics and basic troubleshooting following runbooks.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support with comprehensive handover information.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve and validate data.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on exposure to RPA technologies or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with SQL for data retrieval and validation.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management for incident tracking.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Incident Management protocols.
• Ability to provide timely status updates to end-users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps development.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and database structures.
