Description

You will lead the testing and deployment of automation designs to support complex business launches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead process readiness workstreams, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Tests (ORT).
• Support Integrated Detailed Design (IDD) and engineering efforts regarding supplier selection, software design, and process layout.
• Oversee facility launches and go-live periods, managing process rollout and training handoffs to operations.
• Partner with deployment teams to perform gap analysis between future implementations and base configurations.
• Collaborate across IT, Engineering, Operations, and PMO teams to ensure seamless automation integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business systems experience.
• Proven experience launching large systems such as WMW conversions, automation go-lives, or labor management implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query/information extraction.
• Experience with AS400 and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with RF Scanning and WMW/WFM & LMS systems.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including extended periods for launches and potential international travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BlueYonder.
