Description

Design and lead automation testing strategies for a distributed team, owning the technical direction from framework development to stakeholder alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automation testing frameworks from the ground up.
• Lead UI automation efforts using Java and Selenium.
• Execute API automation and database testing.
• Manage ETL testing processes and data validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing strategy with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proven track record as an Automation Test Architect.
• Extensive experience with Java and Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong expertise in API automation.
• Deep experience in DB testing and ETL testing.
• Experience in framework development and enhancement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
