Description

You will design and own scalable automation frameworks for testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable automation frameworks using Java and industry best practices for maintainability.
• Evaluate and integrate modern tool stacks, including CI/CD and version control, for delivery.
• Define the automation strategy and governance aligned with business goals.
• Drive shift-left and in-sprint automation to enable early defect detection.
• Optimize regression suites through prioritization, parallel runs, and ROI tracking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience focused on Automation Testing.
• Solid experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Rest Assured.
• Experience with Appium and Cucumber for Web and Mobile Application automation.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Ability to develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) quickly across multiple tools.
• Strong debugging capabilities and ability to solve challenging technical problems.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as jBhave.
• Any Graduate degree.
