Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated tests for Amazon Connect call flows and IVR systems to ensure contact center solution reliability. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows using Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions.
• Validate performance and functionality of contact center solutions and integrate API-based tests using Postman or custom scripts.
• Manage test cases, plans, and defect tracking using QTest, analyzing results to report quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Ensure test documentation is complete and adhere to industry standards for technical and internal materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
• Proven expertise in Cyara for automated contact center testing.
• Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of broader AWS services.
• Certifications in software testing or QA.
