Description

Lead test automation efforts for Windows applications and services using Playwright. Ensure comprehensive coverage across browsers and platforms while integrating suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Design and execute UI, functional, API, and end-to-end test scripts for Windows applications and services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and optimize suite reliability in multi-browser environments.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to enhance automation maturity and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript; Python experience is acceptable.
• Proven experience testing Windows applications and Windows services.
• Strong understanding of modern testing architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Git, version control, and API validation (REST).
• Ability to analyze logs, data, and automation failures effectively.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cucumber/BDD frameworks and cloud-based testing solutions (AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and secure coding practices in financial environments.
• Experience in banking systems, ideally mortgage origination/servicing/underwriting.
