Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation test scripts using Playwright or Cypress.
• Build scalable automation frameworks and implement test suites including regression, smoke, functional, and integration tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Analyze user stories to create detailed test plans and track defects with development teams.
• Ensure test coverage, maintain test data, and validate browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright OR Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing Page Object Model (POM) and modern test design patterns.
• Proficiency in API testing using Playwright API, Postman, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, XPath, and selectors.
• Experience integrating tests with CI/CD Pipelines and version control using Git.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and browser dev tools.
