Design and execute automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability and quality within the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality.
• Analyze project requirements to design test scenarios that ensure full coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Integrate testing processes into iterative development cycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Apply insurance domain knowledge to tailor testing strategies to industry-specific processes and regulations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in an application development environment.
• Extensive experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in Java programming for developing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for automated web application testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of the Insurance Domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
