Description

Lead automation testing for API and UI layers in an agile environment.

You will own the release pipeline by designing test strategies, developing automation scripts, and managing the defect lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, plans, and workload designs.
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium and Java for GUI and API testing.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.
• Publish test results and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholder sign-off.
• Operate independently to implement new automation approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing (API, UI, Java).
• Extensive experience with Selenium and Java.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ReadyAPI and Groovy Scripting.
• Proficiency with Postman and Insomnia for API testing.
• Experience using Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Experience with JIRA and TestRail for test management.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of the SDLC and defect lifecycle.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
