Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions for Workday business processes, workflows, Integrations and EIBs
• Evaluate and guide the customer in choosing the appropriate automation tool for the project
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Workday using automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, Katalon Studio, Kainos SmartTest, REST?assured, ReadyAPI, or proprietary frameworks
• Perform regression, functional, and integration automation testing for Workday releases and updates
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot automation or integration issues
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday systems
• Support Workday releases, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document automation processes, scripts, and system configurations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with Workday (HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules)
• 5+ years of experience with automation tools, Playwright and MCP
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
• Opkey or Kainos are nice to have
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
