Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions for Workday business processes, workflows, integrations, and EIBs. You will evaluate and guide customers in selecting appropriate automation tools for their projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Workday using tools like Opkey, Selenium, Katalon Studio, Kainos SmartTest, REST-assured, or ReadyAPI.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration automation testing for Workday releases and updates.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot automation or integration issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Document automation processes, scripts, and system configurations while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with automation tools, specifically Playwright and Selenium.
• 1+ years of experience working with Workday (HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Opkey or Kainos SmartTest.
