Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions for contact center platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows.
• Use Cyara to simulate voice interactions and stress-test IVR components.
• Develop and manage test cases, plans, and suites using QTest.
• Integrate API-based tests for inbound/outbound call simulations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with an automation focus.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
• Proven expertise in Cyara for automated contact center testing.
• Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API Testing and CI/CD Pipeline integration.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of broader AWS services.
