Description

You design, develop, and execute automated tests for Amazon Connect and IVR systems to ensure contact center solution reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows using Cyara to simulate voice interactions and stress-test IVR components.
• Validate performance and functionality of contact center solutions through API-based tests and custom scripts for inbound/outbound call simulations.
• Manage test cases, plans, and suites using QTest, while tracking defects, analyzing results, and reporting quality metrics.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues, integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Ensure all test documentation is complete, adheres to industry standards, and contributes to internal training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
• Proven experience with Cyara for automated contact center testing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of broader AWS services beyond Amazon Connect.
• Certifications in software testing or QA.
