Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for a diverse application ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable test automation frameworks supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Evaluate low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted automation platforms to accelerate testing processes.
• Implement automation solutions for release certification, post-upgrade validation, and system readiness.
• Define and execute risk-based test coverage strategies, shifting from manual to automation-first models.
• Integrate automated testing tools into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Rest-Assured, Cucumber, or Postman.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building robust automation test suites in complex enterprise settings.
• Proven track record integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to define and implement risk-based test coverage strategies.
