What's the Job?

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks supporting a diverse application ecosystem.
• Evaluate low-code/no-code and AI-assisted automation platforms to accelerate testing processes and improve adaptability.
• Implement automation solutions for software release certification, post-upgrade validation, and system readiness across multiple applications.
• Define and execute risk-based test coverage strategies, transitioning from manual to automation-first validation models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and validation.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Rest-Assured, Cucumber, Postman, or equivalent.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript, with the ability to develop robust automation test suites.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Proven ability to define and implement risk-based test coverage strategies, spanning both manual and automated testing
