Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 5–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Automation Testing, Test Automation Frameworks, and programming using Java or Python. Experience with AI-driven testing or AI-assisted test automation will be considered a significant advantage.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
• Develop automated test scripts using Java or Python for web, API, and enterprise applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end automation test suites.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
• Identify, log, track, and validate software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Improve automation coverage and optimize framework performance for faster execution.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Analyze test execution results and prepare quality reports with actionable insights.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to automation strategy and framework enhancements.
• Evaluate and adopt modern automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies to improve quality engineering practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes and testing efficiency.
