Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation testing frameworks.
• Drive automation strategy across multiple projects involving messaging platforms.
• Design and execute automated test suites for SMS, MMS, RCS, and Universal Profile implementations.
• Lead automation efforts using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging testing tools and technologies.
• Evaluate alternative technical architectures and recommend optimal testing approaches.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish automation best practices.
• Prepare test strategy, test plans, automation reports, and quality metrics.
• Ensure quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in Automation Testing.
• Hands-on expertise in RCS and Universal Profile automation.
• Experience testing cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Experience leading automation teams and mentoring engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation Testing Certification(s).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
