Description

Lead automation testing for Salesforce ecosystems, defining strategies and maintaining frameworks for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test automation strategies for Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI-based testing using Selenium and TestNG.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
• Execute data-driven, cross-browser, and parallel testing while managing the full defect lifecycle in JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure software quality within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software testing experience, with at least 6 years focused on Salesforce.
• 5+ years of automation testing and framework design experience.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in API testing using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of element locators, WebDriver methods, and automation scripting.
• Experience validating data mapping and migrations using Salesforce Dataloader and Bulkloader.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
