Lead automation testing efforts to support product releases and project schedules. Develop testing strategies, plans, estimates, and schedules for upcoming releases. Coordinate testing efforts with multiple external development teams to ensure alignment with test plans. Build templates, tools, and metrics to verify products against business and user requirements. Establish best practices for verification within mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with multiple external development teams to ensure alignment with test plans.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in test automation and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Selenium frameworks.
• Experience creating pipelines with Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Docker and Microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux internals, Java, and J2EE.
• Working knowledge of API and services testing using RestAssured, Karate, SOAP UI, or Postman.
• Working knowledge of mobile automation for Android and iOS using Appium or XCUITest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating in mission-critical environments.
