Description

You will lead automation testing initiatives for web applications, owning the strategy, framework design, and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, planning, and execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Review and optimize automation scripts for performance, reliability, and reusability.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and manage test cases in Rally.
• Mentor automation engineers and QA team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience managing tests and defects using Rally (CA Agile Central).
• Experience designing automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Basic understanding of API testing and SQL.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
