Description

You will lead automation testing strategy and execution for web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation strategy, planning, and execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Review and optimize automation scripts for performance and reusability.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide automation engineers and QA team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation leadership.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience managing test cases and defects using Rally (CA Agile Central).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Solid understanding of Automation Framework Design.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic SQL and API testing understanding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
