Automation Test Lead

You will oversee testing activities for Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, and Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and automation projects.
• Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and meet milestones.
• Utilize EMB, Selenium, and Java to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing objectives and priorities.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and recommend improvements to the testing process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and browser-based web application testing.
• Experience in automation code development, debugging, and execution using IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (EMB), Selenium, Java.
• Strong experience developing and executing test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Hands-on experience with EMB for testing purposes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and QA function within it.
• Deep knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools, including defect management and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman, Soap-UI, or Ready API.
• Familiarity with Jenkins job management.
