Description

Lead automation testing initiatives for financial sector applications, managing hybrid offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams. You will own test strategies, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and drive quality through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans and Test Strategies for complex financial applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using UFT, Selenium, and TOSCA.
• Troubleshoot defects, analyze testing metrics, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance release quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts and interpret reporting data.
• Manage version control workflows using Bitbucket and integrate REST service testing via Postman and SoapUI.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT work experience, with deep knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in HP ALM, UFT, Selenium, and TOSCA for test automation.
• Experience testing REST services using Postman and SoapUI.
• Strong command of version control tools, specifically Bitbucket or Git.
• Ability to lead and coordinate hybrid teams across offshore, nearshore, and onsite locations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and Oracle databases for data validation and testing.
• Experience using Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr for test management and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the financial sector or understanding of banking infrastructure.
• BS/BA or MBA/MS in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
