Description

Lead automation testing efforts for financial applications, owning test strategies, plans, and execution across hybrid teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with SDLC and BMO documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot defects and identify problem areas throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Analyze testing metrics to highlight improvement opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Compile and interpret detailed test reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency with HP ALM, UFT, Selenium, and Tosca.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure components.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira for project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the financial sector.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
