Description

Lead automation testing efforts and coordinate global delivery for the Chicago team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks and scripting protocols.
• Manage and coordinate testing activities with offshore teams in India.
• Lead testing execution using TDD/BDD models and SaFe Agile practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications and project requirements.

Required Skills

• 9 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Expertise in Automation Framework design and scripting.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience working with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with SaFe Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage global delivery models and offshore coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the insurance industry.
