Description

You will lead automation testing for interface engines and HR domain workflows, owning the full testing lifecycle from execution to quality measurement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on automation testing using TestCafe or similar frameworks for interface engines.
• Manage defect tracking and quality control processes using Jira and Zephyr.
• Apply verification, validation, and risk management techniques to ensure system integrity.
• Communicate technical findings and quality metrics to both technical teams and management.
• Oversee quantitative measurement of testing efforts and defect management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience testing interface engines.
• Hands-on experience with TestCafe or similar automation tools.
• Domain knowledge in HR systems, specifically Workday.
• Proficiency in Selenium and other test automation frameworks.
• Strong technical skills in XML, UNIX, and SQL.
• Experience with jUnit, DB Unit, Maven, and Bamboo.
• Competency in Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
