Description

Lead the testing strategy and technical execution of automation frameworks for web and API layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Build and execute automated tests for APIs and microservices.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.
• Define test strategies and implement automated regression testing to ensure software stability.
• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Hands-on experience with API automation testing.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Strong background in developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• BTech, MTech, or MCA degree.
