Description

You will lead Quality Engineering and Assurance activities within a Scrum team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QE&A lifecycle, including test planning, execution, reporting, and final release sign-off.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and enhance automation frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing while managing defect tracking through resolution.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 QA engineers through technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Estimate automation efforts, allocate resources, and coordinate testing strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or automated testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cucumber using Java for UI automation.
• Experience with Rest Assured for API testing and validation.
• Strong Core Java skills for backend automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation.
• Experience performing manual, functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to work within a Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading a small QA team (4–5 engineers).
