You will lead end-to-end functional testing efforts, developing strategies, plans, and test cases while executing automation scripts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage functional testing efforts for software projects, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to drive test efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct Selenium automation testing for web applications to enhance automated testing capabilities.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members on testing methodologies and collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end functional testing and software testing.
• Proficiency in Java for writing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Strong expertise with Selenium for automated testing of web applications.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and detailed test reports.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing concepts in testing contexts.
• Understanding of Telecom industry standards and testing requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading testing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
