Description

Lead the full testing lifecycle from planning through execution and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and define implementation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure delivery alignment and timelines.
• Review and validate test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Manage defect tracking, resolution processes, and QA standard adherence.
• Mentor junior QA staff and report on test progress and metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• At least 2 years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
• Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to coordinate with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment.
