Description

You will lead the full testing lifecycle from planning through execution and closure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Define and implement test strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Review and validate test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA staff and manage defect tracking and resolution processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
• Proficiency with test management tools including Jira, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong offshore coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
