You will lead quality assurance efforts through automation and process guidance across the SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across the full SDLC.
• Drive automation implementation using Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
• Mentor the QA team and enforce quality best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on automation expertise with Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
• Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, and HP ALM.
• Strong experience within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
