Description
Lead automation testing strategy and execution for complex applications.
Responsibilities
- Define automation baselines, strategies, plans, estimates, and schedules.
- Lead feasibility studies and perform POCs on new applications.
- Guide automation engineers on best practices and conduct code quality reviews via pull request approvals.
- Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity, and progress tracking via Azure DevOps.
- Monitor pipeline pass rates and manage code merges into the main branch.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing leadership.
- Experience with UI automation.
- Experience with PI DB.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and pipeline management.
- Ability to build and implement automation frameworks.
- Experience managing automation dashboards and trackers.
- Proven track record of coordinating automation demos and sprint progress.
