Description

You will lead end-to-end test automation strategy, planning, and execution for web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines and manage test tracking using Rally.
• Review and optimize automation scripts for performance and reusability.
• Mentor automation engineers and guide the QA team on best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with Rally for test and defect management.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of API testing and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring QA teams and guiding best practices.
