Description

Lead automation efforts and coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, and the testing team. Own the release quality and stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and write test cases for new features and create regression scripts for previous product increments.
• Automate test cases and deliver automated tests for code.
• Train manual testers to execute and perform simple modifications to existing automated test sets.
• Collaborate with developers to identify critical paths and ensure product stability.
• Implement improvements to the automation infrastructure and manage metrics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience working on Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA for backlog management.
• Proficiency with API tools including Postman and SOAP.
• Knowledge of Java testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium or TOSCA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ISTQB and standard quality best practices.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• Proven experience in training or teaching others automation testing tools.

Preferred Skills

• German or Polish language skills.
• SAFe Certification.
